Our Staff

Our highly trained, professional team of staff is focused on making sure each resident is as comfortable as possible.

Qualified nursing staff are on site 24 hours a day, supported by our care staff, a high percentage of whom have SVQ 2 and 3 qualifications.

We maintain a high staff to resident ratio as recommended by the Care Commission and use a recognised level of needs assessment to ensure we always have the right number of qualified staff to cover the medical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
