Care

We are committed to providing excellent care for all our residents. 

To do this, we provide 24 hour residential and nursing cover, every day of the year.  We develop a care plan for each resident, taking into account their individual needs which range from those who simply need a little more help to those with acute needs. 

We seek input from each resident, and their relatives, in designing these care plans, which are then reviewed and refreshed a minimum of four times per annum.  Each resident is looked after by a team of carers whilst in the home, with one key worker having overall responsibility for their care.

We have a residents’ group which meets monthly and a quarterly relatives meeting to gather feedback on the running of the home and to discuss suggestions for continuous improvement.
